Archival Notes:

Historians have noted that these are famous protest pins against the Vietnam War and military scientific research. Other pins were in support of Feminism and Gay Rights. They date from the 1960s and 1970s in the United States of America. These icons were redrawn and modified. Important texts were omitted or erased. Some of the messages appear reversed. It has been suggested that this might have constituted some secret message or an act of desecration; but the intention is clouded in mystery. Psychologists presume tactics of reverse psychology and nostalgic manipulation. Or maybe it was just simple data loss from a corrupted file, or virus, during the digitisation of the collection.
